Gives to his wife Mary the use of his dwelling house in Tregajorran with the household goods and furniture for the term of her natural life. After her death he bequeaths the same to his children, share and share alike.
Gives an annuity of £10 to his wife Mary.
Gives an annuity of £10 to his second son Richard during his minority.
All his estate and effects, including the southern tenement of Tregajorran, which pays an annuity of £18 to his sister Alice Hocking, he gives and bequeaths to Hugh Phillips of Illogan, yeoman, William Richards of the same parish, his son-in-law, miner, and his wife Mary Hocking, to hold in Trust, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
