In 1799 Mary Hockin daughter of Richard Hockin was named as a beneficiary in her grandmother's will.
In 1828 Mary, unlike her sisters Grace Sincock and Jane Treglown and their husbands, was not named in the will of her aunt Jane Hockin who made Mary's husband William Richards as co-executor of her will.
