In April 1852 Henry Trevenen Tregoning was named as a beneficiary in the will of his paternal grandfather Sampson Tregoning of Rosevidney.
In 1871 Henry T. Tregoning, aged 27, born in Budock, farmer of 100 acres employing 1 labourer + 2 boys, and wife Elizabeth, aged 33, born in St. Erth, were living on Tregilliowe Farm in St. Hilary. Present were 3 servants.
