Abstract of the Will of Sampson Tregoning of the Parish of Ludgvan in the County of Cornwall, Gentleman, written 19 Apr 1852, proved 28 May 1856. 3
Gives, devises and bequeaths to his friends William Paul Jewell of the parish of Crowan, shopkeeper, and Henry White of Ludgvan, farmer, his freehold estate called Lemanver in the parish of Budock, on trust, to receive the rents and profits thereof and invest them in securities for the benefit of his three grandsons John Sampson Tregoning, Richard White Tregoning and Henry Trevenen Tregoning.
Gives £300 to his granddaughters Margaret Tregoning and Emily Tregoning.
All the rest of his estate and effects he gives to his wife Mary Tregoning, making her sole executrix of his last will and testament.
