Abstract of the Will of John Tregoning of the Parish of Illogan in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 31 May 1814, proved 12 Dec 1814. 2

Gives to his wife Thomasine Tregoning an annuity of £18 to paid out of his leasehold estates in the parishes of Gwennap and Wendron, for the term of her natural life or widowhood. Thereafter he wills the same along with the rest of his goods, chattels & credits to his children, namely John, Joseph, Sampson, Bernard, Richard and William Tregoning, Thomasine Pearce, Sarah, Thomas, Mary, Archelaus, Walter and Elizabeth Tregoning, share and share alike.

Appoints his wife Thomasine Tregoning, and his sons Joseph, Sampson, Bernard, Richard and William, co-executors of his last will and testament.

John married Thomasine Uren, daughter of Sampson Uren and Jane Jenkyn, on 10 Jan 1777 in Wendron, Cornwall. (Thomasine Uren was christened on 8 Oct 1758 in Wendron, Cornwall, died on 15 Feb 1841 in Camborne, Cornwall, and was buried on 18 Feb 1841 in Illogan, Cornwall, aged 83 years.)
