Abstract of the Will of Rebecca Blagrave of Bulmirsh in the Parish of Sunning in the County of Berks, Widow, written 29 Jul 1657, proved 11 Jul 1660. 4

To be buried in the church of Sonning, she gives £50 for her funeral.

Gives £5 to the poor of the parish of Sonning.

Gives £5 to her nephew John Chapman, son of her brother Abraham Chapman of Westhampnett in co. Sussex, Esquire, to buy him a piece of plate.

Gives £5 each to her nieces Judith Rosse and Margaret Rosse, daughter of her brother(-in-law) George Rosse of the parish of Eastergate in co. Sussex, Esquire, to buy them a piece of plate each.

Gives mourning to her brother Abraham Chapman and his wife.

All the rest of her goods and chattels she gives to her two daughters Rebekah Blagrave and Dorothy Blagrave, appointing them co-executrices of her last will and testament.

Nominates her brother the said Abraham Chapman executor in trust for the benefit of her two daughters, both under the age of sixteen.
