In 1793 Constance wife of Simeon Warner of Putney in co. Surrey, Esquire, was co-executor and a beneficiary of her mother's will.
In 1794 Mrs. Warner was a beneficiary of the will of her sister Ann Cloak of Penzance, widow, who left her £50.

All the rest of her money in funds, ready money, household goods and furniture, personal estate and effects, she gives to the said Isaac Warner the elder, appointing him and Isaac Warner the younger co-executors of her last will and testament.
In a codicil dated 2 Jan 1803 she gives an additional £500 to her companion Dorothy Francis.
