Gives to her daughter Constance wife of Simeon Warner of Putney in co. Surrey, Esquire, a moiety or half part of her goods, chattels, rights, credits and effects. The other half she gives to the said Simeon Warner, in trust, to convert into money for the benefit of her daughter Anne the wife of David Cloak of the town of Penzance, surgeon.
Appoints her daughters Constance Warner and Anne Cloak co-executrices of her last will and testament.
