In 1710 Margaret was named as a beneficiary and co-executrix of her father's will, then underage.

In 1731 Margaret Nettle was co-executrix and a beneficiary of her mother's will, receiving £200.

Abstract of the Will of Margaret Pender of the Town of Penzance in the County of Cornwall, Widow, written 24 Jan 1787, proved 27 Sep 1793. 2

Gives to her daughter Constance wife of Simeon Warner of Putney in co. Surrey, Esquire, a moiety or half part of her goods, chattels, rights, credits and effects. The other half she gives to the said Simeon Warner, in trust, to convert into money for the benefit of her daughter Anne the wife of David Cloak of the town of Penzance, surgeon.

Appoints her daughters Constance Warner and Anne Cloak co-executrices of her last will and testament.
