In 1690 Thomas was co-executor and a beneficiary of his father's will.
Thomas's children all died in childhood, with the exception of his eldest surviving son, Thomas, who was christened 8 Sep 1717 in Gwithian, and buried in Gwinear on 3 Jun 1735, aged about 17.

Gives £100 to Jane Ginings the daughter of William Ginings of Gwinear. If it is not paid within six months of his death he authorises her to take his estate in Carnhell and call it her own.
Gives 1 shilling each to the six children of Richard Whita of Gwithian, deceased.
Gives his lands and tenements to the said William Ginings, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
