In 1605 Bennet the son of Richard Whitta was a beneficiary of the will of his cousin John Julyan of Gwithian, who left him 4 shillings.

In 1607 Bennet the son of Richard Whita was a beneficiary of the will of his grandmother Jenat Whita.

In 1626 Bennat Whita was co-executor of his father's will.

In 1636 Bennet White and John Harry took inventory of the goods &c of Bennet's father-in-law Thomas Stephen.

In 1644 Bennet White was named in the will of his grandfather-in-law Francis Thurlby of Gwithian as husband of Francis's granddaughter Allice.
