In 1851 Henry Penberthy, aged 48, born in Helston, surveyor & auctioneer, and wife Grace, aged 47, born in Helston, were living on Church St., Helston. Present were children (born in Helston): Sophia J. (18), Henrietta (17), school, Henry S. (15), draper's assistant, Richard B. (14), scholar, Mary E. (7), scholar
In 1861 Henry Penberthy, aged 58, born in Helston, surveyor, auctioneer, appraiser, and wife Grace, aged 57, born in Helston, were living on Wendron St., Helston. Present were children (born in Helston): Henrietta (27), Mary Elizabeth (17), granddaughter Ellen Penberthy (2) of Helston.
On 19 Nov 1861 Henry Penberthy of the borough of Helston, auctioneer, was granted Letters of Administration of the personal estate and effects of his late father.
