Magdalen Hall, matric. 11 May, 1632, aged 14; B.A. 28 Jan., 1633-4, M.A. 10 Nov., 1636 (Wood states that he did not pay his fees for M.A. and was degraded 23 Oct., 1637), baptized 14 May, 1618, barrister-at-law, Lincoln's Inn, 1644, married at St. Dionis Backchurch 11 March, 1646-7, to Susan Harbert. 4

Abstract of the Will of Euseby Dormer of Appleby in the County of Derbyshire, written 26 Nov 1658, proved 14 Jan 1658/9. 5

Gives £400 to his younger son Euseby.

Gives £400 to each to his sons and daughters (not named), to be paid to them when they each turn twenty-one, providing an annuity of £15 each for their maintenance during their respective minorities.

Gives to his brothers John Dormer and Fleetwood Dormer all his lands, tenements & hereditaments in Newington in co. Surrey, in trust, for the benefit of his children.

Appoints his said brothers John Dormer and Fleetwood Dormer co-executors of his last will and testament
