Gives to his son John Dormer two parts of all his manors, lands, tenements & hereditaments in the counties of Bucks and Northants.
Confirms a grant made to his second son Peter Dormer and Anne his wife of an annuity of £50 paid out of his manor of Shipton Lee.
Gives £1,000 to his youngest daughter Margaret Dormer.
Gives £700 to his son Fleetwood Dormer.
Gives £700 to his son Euseby Dormer.
Gives 20 shillings each to his servants.
Gives £4 to the poor of Quainton and Lee.
Gives 40 shillings to the poor of Waddesden.
Gives 40 shillings to the poor of East Clayden and Bote? Clayden.
Gives to his wife Mary all his corn, grain, firewood, hay and household goods both at Purson in co. Northants and at the farmhouse in Quainton in co. Bucks, as well as the use of one-third of the household stuff at Lee Grange, and his coach and four horses.
Gives £20 to his son[-in-law] Shepheard and to his daughter Anstey? he gives £20.
Gives to his wife his best dairy cow and all his geese, hoggs, poultry.
Appoints Thomas Isham, Esq., his brother-in-law, and Thomas Terrell of Castle Thrope in co. Bucks, his friend, co-executors of his last will.
All the rest of his goods & chattels he gives to his son John Dormer.
