Sampson Hill, late of Trenethick in the parish of Wendron, Esquire, died without making a will. John Hill and Francis Hill, only brothers of the said Sampson Hill, and John Hills, eldest son of the said Francis Hill, renounced all right and title to Letters of Administration of the goods, chattels and effects of the said Sampson Hill, and consented to the same being granted to Harry Hill, gent, youngest son of the said Francis Hill, dated 4 Jan 1732/3.
Bond upon the Administration of the goods &c. of Sampson Hill, intestate, was granted to Harry Hill of the borough of Plymouth in the county of Devon, on 5 Mar 1732/3. 7
