Abstract of the Will of Peter Temby of Croft Michell in the Parish of Camborne and County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 10 Aug 1820, proved 20 Jun 1821. 2

Gives to his wife Elizabeth his houses, gardens, premises and household furniture in Croft Michell, along with all other his property, for the term of her natural life.

After the death of his wife Elizabeth he gives to his daughter Elizabeth Temby his dwelling house for her own use, along with part of the garden and the household furniture.

Wills that his son-in-law, James Battrall, shall have free liberty to erect a dwelling house on any part of his Common, with an enclosed garden.

After the death of his said wife he wills that his sons William and Peter shall have his house and lands at Croft Michell as tenants in common, share and share alike, paying out of the issues and profits 40 shillings yearly to each of the following persons : Elizabeth the wife of Ralph Goldsworthy, Mary the wife of James Battrall, and his daughter Elizabeth Temby.

Appoints his wife Elizabeth sole executrix of his last will and testament.

In a codicil dated 20 Feb 1821 he confirms his Will except the bequest of part of the house to his daughter Elizabeth Temby, which he now gives to his daughter Mary and to his son-in-law James Battrall as well.

Peter married Elizabeth Waters, daughter of William Waters of Camborne and Eunice Angove, on 12 May 1788 in Camborne, Cornwall. (Elizabeth Waters was christened 26 Dec 1762 in Camborne, Cornwall and was buried on 9 Apr 1800 in Camborne, Cornwall.)

Peter also married Elizabeth Yeats on 12 Sep 1801 in Camborne, Cornwall.
