Information of Stephen Potter, one of the overseers of the poor of Warbleton, against Elizabeth Hopper of Warbleton, widow, to summon her to appear, 21 Oct 1806. 4

That Elizabeth Hooper of Warbleton was delivered of her child at her then dwelling house in Warbleton on 1 December 1803 and has been and likely to become chargeable to the said parish of Warbleton and the said Stephen Potter commands forthwith to summon Elizabeth Hopper to appear before Justices for Sussex at Burwash, sworn before Robert Hawes and William Constable, JPs.

THE FARMING STOCK, Husbandry Tackle and other Effects, belonging to Mr. STEPHEN POTTER, on COURT LODGE FARM, Warbleton (quitting the same); comprising four pair of working oxen, two fatting ditto, nine Milch cows in calf, one 4-year old bull, four 2-year old heifers, five ditto steers, one yearling heifer, nine ditto steers, nine weanyer calves, about 300 useful Southdown ewes, tegs, and lambs, three hogs and sevenshuts, two 6-inch wheel waggons, three narrow ditto, one 6-inch wheel timber and faggot tug, four dung carts, two land rollers, ox and horse harrows, wheel and other ploughs, hop edgets, a good winnowing machine, one patent and one other chaff cutting machine, ox yokes and chains, about 100 wattles, and a number of other small Husbandry Implements.

The Sale to begin precisely at Eleven o'Clock, on account of the number of Lots.
