In 1710 John Gallimore witnessed the Will of his sister-in-law Christian Bennett of Rodborough co. Gloucester, widow.

Named as a beneficiary in the Will of his son-in-law Oliffe Richmond of Ashton Keynes, Gent. (written 1725, proved 1768).

Gives, bequeaths & devises to Lewis Long of Wootton Bassett an annuity or yearly rent of £20, to have and to hold for the term of 80 years in Trust for his daughter Joane and her husband Oliffe Richmond, to be paid yearly during the said term at quarterly intervals.

Gives, bequeaths & devises to Lewis Long another annuity or yearly rent of £20, to have and to hold for the term of 90 years in Trust for his daughter Katherine and her husband Thomas Hulbert.

Gives, bequeaths & devises to his grandson Oliffe Richmond an annuity or yearly rent of £21...

Gives & bequeaths £200 each to his grandson Oliffe Richmond and to his granddaughters Joanna Richmond and Jane Richmond.

Gives & bequeaths £10 to his kinsman Humphry Gallimore.
