In 1911 Cecil Chard, aged 24, born in Falmouth, single, shipwright, was boarding with his sister Louisa West and her family at 21 Tounshend Ave., Keyham, Devonport, Devon.
In June 1919 Cecil Albany Chard was present at the marriage of his brother Charles to Rose Johns in Mawnan Cornwall.
In 1921 Cecil Chard, aged 34 years 5 months, born in Falmouth, cycle dealer (own account) and wife Lily Chard, aged 27 years 7 months, born in Durgan Cornwall, home duties, were living at 21 Killigrew Rd, Falmouth.
