The funeral of Mrs. Ellen Curnow, aged 92*, of Carnhell Green, Gwinear, and formerly of Connor Downs, took place on Tuesday at St. Gwinear Church, the Rev. H. A. Benaton officiating. Her husband was killed about 40 years ago in an explosion at the Dynamite Works, Gwithian. Mrs. Curnow leaves two daughters, Mrs. E. Richards and Mrs. J. James, with whom she resided. Mourners were Mrs. J. James (daughter), Messrs. A., J., S., L. and C. James, Mesdames A. and J. James (grandchildren), Mr. L. Glasson (cousin), Messrs. W. Thomas, J. Jones, F. Pascoe, J. Newton and B. Carkeet. Mrs. E. Richards, daughter, was unable to attend....
