In 1841 Ursulla Welsford, aged about 20, born in the county, and husband Charles Welsford, aged about 38, not born in the county, school m[aster] were living on Coventry St., Mylor with children Charles (5) and Margret (6 weeks).

In 1851 Lucilia [Ursula] Welsford, aged 33, born in Mylor Bridge Cornwall, straw miliner, and husband Charles Welsford, aged 50, born in Exeter Devon, schoolmaster, were living in Stibcross, Langtree, Devon. With them were children Charles (15) of Flushing Cornwall, farm servant, Juliana Anna (5) of Flushing, scholar, Nathaniel B. (2) of Brentar Devon, and John W. (10 months) of Langtree.

In 1861 Ursula Richards, aged 43, born in Mylor Bridge Cornwall and [2nd] husband Philip Richards, aged 34, born in Langtree Devon, agricultural labourer, were living in Village, Langtree with children Julia Hanna Welsford (15) of Flushing, Eleanor Letitia Welsford (6) of Langtree and James Richards (5)* of Landcross

* James was born before the marriage of Philip and Ursula and therefore Philip's son from his first marriage.

In 1871 Ursula Richards, aged 52, born in Mylor Cornwall, and husband Philip Richards, aged 45, born in Langtree Devon, miner?, were living on Cliff St., Brotton Yorkshire with children Julia H. Judd (24) of Mylor, widow, milliner, Nathaniel Welford (21) of Langtree, book keeper, Eleanor Welsford (16) of Langtree, dressmaker, James Richards (15) of Langtree, shop boy, Caroline M. Richards (8) of Langtree, scholar.

In 1881 Ursula Richards, aged 62, born in Mylor Bridge Cornwall, and husband Philip Richards, aged 55, born in Langtree Devon, ironstone miller, were living at 134 High St., Brotton Yorkshire. Visiting were [daughter] Caroline M. Carlyon (18) of Langton, married, and [granddaughter] S. M. Carlyon (2) of Brotton.

In 1891 Ursula Richards, aged 71, born in Mylor Cornwall, and husband Philip Richards, aged 65, born in Langtree Devon, living on own means, were in Romanby Village, Yorkshire, England.

In 1901 Ursula Richards, aged 81, born in Mylor Bridge Falmouth, widow, was staying with her daughter Caroline M. Carlyon and her family Long Benton, Northumberland.
