99 year lease, James Bolitho; lessee's grandson Andrew Pearce, and granddaughter Caroline Rowe; rent 6 shillings. Consideration: £45.

Cottage or dwelling house with adjoining plot of ground, about 1 acre, bounded on west with Thomas Philp's hedge, on south with road from Mylor Bridge towards Enys, on other side with road to Carclew, all part of Mylor down, enclosed and house built by John Hackett, and now called Hackett's tenement.

(10), scholar, George (9), scholar, Ellen (7), scholar, and (b) born Portland Dorset: Joseph (5), scholar, Emily (1), and Thomas L? (9 months).

In October 1868 Andrew Pearce was present at the marriage of his daughter Ellen Elizabeth Pearce to William Jabez White in Weymouth Dorset.

In February 1870 Andrew Pearce was present at the marriage of his daughter Amelia Jane Pearce to John Rosce in Weymouth Dorset.

In 1871 Andrew Pearce, aged 55, born in Mylor Cornwall, journeyman carpenter, and wife Jane, aged 55, born in Mylor, were living at Ebenezer Place, Weymouth, Dorsetshire with children Emily Catherine (20) of Portland, milliner, Amelia Ross (29) of Mylor, married, Ellen Elizth. In 1881 Andrew Pearce, aged 65, born in Mylor Cornwall, ship carpenter, widower, was living at 6 Ebenezer Place Weymouth. Also there were son-in-law John Rosce (38), born at sea, seaman, daughter Amelia J. Rosce (37) of Mylor, grandchildren (born in Weymouth): Joseph J. P. (10), scholar, Emily J. (7), scholar, Nelly (4), scholar, Amelia M. (2).
