Abstract of the Will of John Andrewartha of the Parish of Gwithian in the County of Cornwall, written 11 Sep 1788, proved 1 Feb 1793. ²

Gives 1 shilling to his sister Thomasine Murley. Likewise gives 1 shilling each to her sons and daughters William Murley, John Murley, Arthur Murley and Mary Murley.

Gives 1 shilling each to John Andrewartha, Philip Andrewartha and Richard Andrewartha, the sons of his brother Richard Andrewartha.

Gives an annuity of £4 to Lydia Johns, to be paid out of his estate of Praze Loar in the parish of Gwithian. Also gives her a bed with its furniture.

All the rest of his effects, goods & chattels he gives to his nephew John Andrewartha, the son of his brother Phillip, whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament.
