    2) John Andrewartha of St Earth, yeoman.
  Property: Upton and Uptons Parks, formerly in the tenure of Phillip Andrewartha, father of (2), deceased; tin and timber rights reserved. Part of Connerton manor.
  Consideration: yearly rent and other covenants.
  Term: lease for 99 years, on lives of (2), wife Mary, and daughter Mary; to commence from 29 September 1713.
  Rent: £3 2 shillings. Two capons yearly or 1 shilling. One harvest journey or 8 pence.
  Covenants:
  To do common suit to the court of the manor.
  To act as reeve if so elected.
  To act as a conventionary tenant of the manor.
  To repair and maintain the property.
