Abstract of the Will of Henry Deering of Heathfield in the County of Sussex, Yeoman, written 28 Feb 1706/7, proved 17 Mar 1707. 3

Gives and bequeaths £5 to his sister Margery now wife of Christopher Freeland of Dallington in co. Sussex, husbandman.

Gives and bequeaths 20 shillings each to the six children of his sister Margery.

Gives and bequeaths 30 guineas to his cousin Elizabeth Deering daughter of Christopher Deering of the same parish, husbandman, deceased.

Gives and bequeaths £5 to Anne Deering sister of Elizabeth Deering.

Gives and bequeaths £20 to his cousin Christopher Deering.

All the rest of his goods, chattels &c. he gives and bequeaths to his cousin John Deering and whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament.
