Abstract of the Will of Christopher Dearing of Heathfield in the County of Sussex, Yeoman, written 1 May 1671, proved 5 Mar 1672. 4

Bequeaths to his wife Theodosia an annuity of £6 and gives her a feather bed and everything pertaining to it.

Bequeaths £10 to his eldest son Christopher.

Bequeaths £20 to his son Thomas.

Bequeaths £15 to his daughter Freeland.

Bequeaths £5 to his grandchild Mary Freeland.

The rest of his goods he gives to his two sons John and Henry, making them co-executors of his last will and testament.
