On Thursday morning, in Cobourg-street, after a lingering illness of dropsy &c., Francis Jenkyns, Esq., aged 63 years, late warehouse-keeper for bonded goods H.M. Customs at Plymouth, leaving a widow and two sons and two daughters—lamented by all who knew him.

At his residence, on Thursday, the 4th inst., late of Her Majesty's Customs at the port of Plymouth, and formerly of St. Ives in this County.—Mr. JENKYNS united considerable talents, great integrity of character, a most amiable disposition, and very agreeable manners. He enjoyed? in an eminent degree the respect and esteem of his relatives and friends, by whom his death will long be very sincerely lamented.

Abstract of the Will of Francis Jenkyns late of the Borough of St. Ives in the County of Cornwall but now of Plymouth in the County of Devon, written 14 Jan 1841, proved 10 Sep 1841. 4
Gives the whole of his personal and real estate to his wife Ann for the term of her natural life. After her death he wills the same to his four children Charles, Francis, Nancy Hichens wife of William F. Shaw of Devonshire Place Bath, and Elizabeth Jenkyns now of Plymouth.
Appoints his wife Ann sole executrix of his last will and testament.
