Abstract of the Will Constantine Moyle of the Parish of St. Kew in the County of Cornwall, Gentleman, written 23 Aug 1780, proved 10 Feb 1781. 5
Gives to his niece Frances Moyle the house her father formerly lived in, along with £40 and three fields of land called Mid Lune in Bodmin, she paying to her brother Richard Moyle 4 shillings per week if Richard chooses not to live with her. He also forgives his said niece and nephew all debts owing.
Gives £20 to his sister* Sarah the wife of William Thomas.
Gives an annuity of £5 to his sister Alice Moyle for life, to be paid out of his tenement called Tregelders in the parish of St. Kew.
Gives 1 shilling to his sister Margaret Brown and 1 guinea to her daughter Prudence Martyn.
Gives £50 to his nephew William Brown and a guinea each to William's three daughters.
Gives £5 to his nephew John Brown.
Gives £50 to his nephew Thomas Bradford.
Gives £20 to his nephew James Bradford.
Gives £100 to his nephew Constantine Bradford, due and owing to the testator on a promissory note. He also gives to Constantine Bradford an additional £10.
Gives 1 shilling to his sister Sarah Nicholl, £50 to his nephew Charles Nicholl and £5 to his niece Sarah Nicholl.

Gives his lands, messuage & tenements called Brighter in St. Kew, and a close of land called Best Park, to his nephew Constantine Moyle and his heirs. In default of such issue he gives the same to his cousin Richard Frad and his heirs.
All the rest of his goods and chattels, lands and tenements, personal and testamentary estate, he gives to his nephew Constantine Moyle, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
