Abstract of the Will of Constantine Moyle of the Parish of Kew in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 17 Jan 1745/6, proved 26 Apr 1746. 5

Gives to his wife a mare and the use of a quarter part of his household goods during her widowhood.

Gives 1 guinea to his son John Moyle, the money he has paid on Mr. Peter Moyle's bond, and corn for his family for two years.

Gives to his daughter Margaret Brown £64 more than what she formerly received.

Gives £100 each to his five daughters Elizabeth Moyle, Alice Moyle, Sarah Moyle, Prudence Moyle and Mary Moyle.

Gives £5 to his granddaughter Elizabeth Moyle.

Gives 5 shillings each to the rest of his grandchildren.

Gives to his son Constantine Moyle all his lands, goods and chattels, appointing him sole heir and executor of his will.
