Variously called Jenefer, Jenny and Jane. In the baptismal entries for her children she is mainly called 'Jenny'; in the censuses she is referred to 'Jane'.
In the 1851 and 1861 censuses her status is shown as married (carpenter's wife), although she was a widow when she died and her husband never appears. Per the 1841 census below, Jane was working at that time to support her family. As such it is likely that her husband was the same William Pearce who was working in Penryn (just under 3 miles from Mylor Bridge) where he died after which, according to the burial record, he was buried in Mylor.
