In 1841 Ann Udy wife of James Vivian was a beneficiary of her father's will.

In 1851 Anne Vivian, aged 64, born in St. Breock Cornwall, and husband James Vivian, aged 70, born in Camborne Cornwall, landed proprietor, were living in Fore St., Camborne, Cornwall. With them were children (a) born in Camborne: Mary Ann (42), house keeper, Jane (39), draper's assistant, and (b) born in Paull: Eliza (28), draper's assistant, Catherine (26), draper's assistant.
