In 1822 Elizabeth Hawke was named as a beneficiary in the will of her son William Hawke.

In 1835 Elizabeth Hawke, widow, was a beneficiary of the will of her brother Francis Paynter of Denmark Hill, who left her £200 and an annuity thereafter of £25.

In 1841 Elizabeth Hawke, aged about 80, born in the county, in[dependent], was staying with her daughter Sally James and her family in Lower Tredow, St. Issey, Cornwall.
