Abstract of the Will of Thomas Lean of the Town of Marazion in the County of Cornwall, Gentleman, written 14 Jun 1841, proved 24 Sep 1847. 2
Gives in trust his freehold, copyhold and leasehold lands and tenements to his wife Jane Lean and to Richard Wise of the borough of Penryn, Doctor of Physic, his wife to maintain, educate and raise his daughter Jane Trevenen and his son Thomas, until they reach the age of twenty-one years.
Following the death of his wife he wills to his daughter Jane Trevenen and his son Thomas his said lands, tenements and hereditaments.
Appoints his wife and Richard Wise co-executors of his will and guardians of his children.
