In 1921 Horace Richards, aged 33 years 1 month, born in Camborne Cornwall, engineer, fitter & turner, toolmaker, and wife Rowena Vawdrey Richards, aged 35 years 7 months, born in Crowan Cornwall, were living at 40 Wesley St, Camborne. With them were sons (born in Camborne) Roy (9y 4m) and Clifford Horace (4).
In the 1939 Register Horace Richards (b. 1 May 1888), mining machinery engineer (inspector foreman), and wife Rowena V Richards (b. 9 Nov 1885*), unpaid domestic duties, were living at 59 Dolcoath Rd., Camborne. At the same address was (son) Clifford H. Richards (b. 2 Jun 1917), single, cost & technical motor transport clerk.
Per the GROE Birth Index Rowena's birth was registered in the December quarter of 1884. She was christened in January 1885.
