In 1891 Grace Eustice, aged 30, born in Camborne Cornwall, and husband William Eustice, aged 35, born in Camborne, black smith, were living at 8 Sea View Terrace, Camborne. With them were children (born in Camborne) William G. (5), scholar, Lilian A. (4), scholar, Annie W. (2) and Florence M. (3 mo).

In 1901 Grace Eustice, aged 40, born in Camborne, and husband William Eustice, aged 45, born in Camborne, engine smith, were at 7 Goon Terrace, Camborne. With them were children (born in Camborne) Lilian A. (14), school teacher, Annie W. (12), Florence M. (10), Elizabeth M. (7), Edith G. E. (4), William G. (3) and Ivy G. (5 mo).

In 1911 Grace Eustice, aged 50, born in Camborne, widow (mother of 9 children, 1 deceased), was living at 7 Goon Terrace, Beacon, Camborne.
