Gives to Rose Price of Kenegie, Esquire, the Rev. William Gregor of . . . . . . . and the Rev. Israel Lewis of Ashton in Somerset, her share in the manor of Pengarick with its tenements and hereditaments in the parishes of Breage and Germoe, in trust, for the benefit of her sisters Elizabeth Beard and Hannah Beard, spinsters, and after their deaths the dividends to be paid to her son William Arundell Harris, Esquire, and his heirs. In default of issue of her son William Arundell Harris, she wills the same to her brother John Beard of Penzance and his heirs.
Gives to her sisters Elizabeth Beard and Hannah Beard stock in public funds worth £300, along with all her clothes.
All the rest of her goods, chattels, personal and testamentary estate, she gives to her trustees, appointing them co-executors of her last will and testament.
Directs that none of her furniture at Lifton Cottage in county Devon is to be sold during the minority of her son and heir William Arundell Harris.
