Gives to his wife Ann his houses, household furniture, goods & chattels, money at the Redruth Savings Bank and his club money.
After the death of his wife he gives £100 to his son John, as well as the newly built house that adjoins the house where he now lives, and the old dairy.
Following the death of his wife he gives £150 to his son Benjamin.
Following the death of his wife he gives £150 to his daughter Elizabeth Edwards.
After the death of his wife he gives £135 to his daughter Ann, the dwelling house where he now lives.
After the death of his wife he gives £15 to his grandson John Tucker the younger to assist him in getting a trade, at the discretion of his uncle Charles Croker.
Gives £10 to his granddaughter Elizabeth Edwards after the death of his wife.
Gives £10 to his grandson Henry Edwards after the death of his wife, along with his watch.

Administration of the goods and chattels of John Tucker deceased was granted to his widow, Ann Tucker, the principal legatee, no executor having been named.
The will remained unadminstered by his widow, who died in 1849. Administration was re-granted to Benjamin Tucker, natural and lawful son of the deceased, on 7 May 1851.
