Gives to his son Peter Ellis and his heirs all his grist mills, his son paying to his sister Ann Ellis an annuity of £5 for the term of her natural life.
Gives to his wife his lease in Bosvennen for the term of her natural life.
Gives his lease in Great Cellan to his son Pascho Ellis, directing his son Peter to pay Pascho £50. Also give to his son Pascho Ellis his lease in Lesbue, appointing him sole executor his last will and testament.
