Gives to his wife Esther Pascoe during her widowhood his two leasehold messuages with the gardens in Alverton Lane otherwise Alverton Street in Penzance. After her death or re-marriage he gives the same to his two sons, Joseph Pascoe and Richard Pascoe, as tenants in common.
Gives to his wife Esther Pascoe during her widowhood his two leasehold messuages with the gardens in Key North Folly, now known as St. Clare Street in the town of Penzance, which he now occupies. After her death or re-marriage he gives the same to his two daughters, Frances wife of John Semmons, and Mary Pascoe, as tenants in common.
All the rest of his personal and testamentary estate, goods, chattels, rights, credits and effects, he gives to his wife Esther Pascoe, appointing her sole executrix of his last will and testament.
