On a raised tomb in the chancel of Letcombe Regis Church, is the following inscription:

Under, or neere this Tombe lieth the bodied of George Goodlake, gent and Anne his wife who was daughter of Sir Charles Wiseman KT. She was buried the 29th of June 1638 and he Feb 26th 1644. 5

Ann married George Goodlake, son of Thomas Goodlake of Letcombe Regis and Elizabeth Beconsole, on 19 Apr 1632 in West Hendred, Berkshire, England. (George Goodlake was buried on 26 Feb 1644/5 in St. Andrew's, Letcombe Regis, Berkshire, England.)
