Gives her lease in Nutwell in co. Oxon, along with her jewells, monies, debts, credits, bills, bonds, goods & chattels, to her niece Anne the wife of Nicholas Love,* Esq. of Lincoln's Inn, whom she appoints sole executor of her last will and testament.
Nominates William Lentoll of Lincoln's Inn, Esq. as overseer of her will, giving him a piece of plate worth 20 marks as a legacy.
* The only niece named Anne was the daughter of Mary's sister Anne wife of Thomas Chester. A record of the marriage of Anne Chester to Nicholas Love has yet to be found.
