Consideration: The sum of £100 and 15 pieces of gold commonly called guineas
Term: 99 years on the lives of 2), Anne his wife and Jane their daughter
Rent 20 shillings yearly and 1 capon yearly or 12 pence for the same and 1 harvest journey or 6 pence
Heriot: 50 shillings
All that messuage and tenement with its appurtenances commonly called or known by the name of Tregea Vean alias Little Tregea situate lying and being within the parish of Illogan now or lately in the tenure holding or occupation of the said 1). Minerals excepted
Suit and service to the courts of 1) and will execute the offices of reeve and tythingman when elected and shall grind all their corn and grain at the mills of 1)

In 1747 John Crase was named in the will of his brother William as late deceased. William made bequests to John's widow, Ann, and to John's children.
