Wills to be buried in the church of Farley Wallop in co. Southampton.
Gives her mansion house and lands in Great Marlow in co. Bucks, and her half-part called Adventures Moiety in the new River Water Work Cut or Stream, to Ashburnham Frowde of the parish of St. Giles-in-the-Fields in co. Middlesex, Esquire, and Henry Foubert of the parish of St. James within the liberty of Westminster in co. Middlesex, Esquire, upon trust, to pay out of the rents, issues and profits thereof an annuity of £100 to her daughter the Right Honourable Lady Mary Herbert, wife of the Right Honourable Henry Lord Herbert.
Gives the residue of her said lands and shares to her son the Right Honourable Lord Viscount Limington and his heirs.
Gives to her daughter Lady Mary Herbert the use of all her goods, pictures and furniture which she has already lent her to furnish her house in Stratton Street during her natural life.
Gives £100 to the Right Honourable Countess of Limington, wife of her said son John Lord Viscount Limington, to buy her a ring.
Gives £100 to her granddaughter Mrs. Bridgett Wallop to buy her a ring.
Gives £100 to Mr. Robert Robinson.
Gives £20 to Robert Russell son of John Russell, to be paid to him when he turns twenty-one. She also gives the said Robert Russell an annuity of £7 until he takes on an apprenticeship.
Gives to her servants £5 each for mourning.
Gives £10 to the poor of the parish of Great Marlow in co. Bucks.
Gives £10 to the poor of the parish of Farley in co. Southampton.
Gives £10 to the poor of the parish of Loursborn? in co. Southampton.
Gives her two shares in the Water Works called Chelsea Waterworks, her house at Great Marlow, and her interest, share and property in the New River Company, and the rest of her real and personal estate, to the said John Lord Viscount Limington, appointing him sole executor of her last will and testament.
