In 1689 Anne the wife of Arthur Warren was a beneficiary of the will of her brother Sir John Borlase of Bodmer, Baronet, who left her £100 to buy a ring.
In 1697 Anne was the sole executrix of her husband's will.

Gives £5 each to her servants William Higgins, Anne Strelly, Edward Barber, Nurse Jackson and Christian Jackson.
Gives to Anne Warren her daughter by her late husband Arthur Warren a locket picture of him.
Gives her clothes to the head waiting woman.
Gives 50 shillings to the poor of the parish of Stapleford.
Gives 50 shillings to the poor of the parish of Tooton in co. Notts.
Gives £10 each to her sons Arnold Warren and Arthur Warren, and to her cousin George Burlase, to buy them mourning.
All the rest of her goods and chattels, money, plate, jewells, debts and estate she gives to her children Arnold Warren, Arthur Warren, Anne Warren, James Warren, Elizabeth Warren and John Warren.
Appoints her sons Arnold Warren and Arthur Warren and her cousin George Borlase co-executors of her last will and testament.
