Gives £100 to his son Borlase Miller.
Gives £20 each to his friends and trustees Sir Thomas Twisden, Percivall Hart, Esquire, and Thomas Lambard, Esquire.
Gives cloth for mourning to his son Borlase Miller, his daughter Bartholomew*, his daughter Anne Miller, his nephew Humphry Miller, and his sister Hardesty.
* Humphrey's daughter, Elizabeth, married Leonard Bartholomew.
Gives £21 10s. to Mr. Francis Twisden.
Gives £21 10s. to his servant Ann Wilson.
Gives £10 to his servant Robert Wood.
Gives 20 shillings each to his other servants.
Gives £5 each to the poor of the parishes of West Peckham, Hadlow and Wrotham.
All the rest of his goods & chattels he gives to his son Borlase Miller and nephew Humphry Miller, appointing them co-executors of his last will, and nominates his said trustees as overseers of his will.
