The Will of William Waters of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Labourer, written 23 Oct 1800, proved 12 May 1801. 2
The last Will and testament of me William Waters, of the Parish of Camborne, in the County of Cornwall, Labourer, is as follows.
First, I give to my daughter Anne Waters, my Bed and Bedding, as it now stands: also my Baker and Baking Iron. Also I give to my said daughter Ann Waters One Half of the Remaining Part of my Household furniture, and also one half of my Premises and otha Effects whatsoever: And I also give to my said daughter Anne Waters, the other remaining half of my Household furniture, and also the remaining half of my Premises and other Effects : Which said last half of my Household furniture, Premises and Effects, my said daughter is to hold in trust for the sole use and benefit of my four Grand children, namely William, Mary, Elizabeth & Peter, the Children of Peter Temby, or the survivor or survivors of them: And it is my Will that my said daughter Anne Waters, shall pay my debts and funeral Charges, out of the whole of my Effects : and after these, and my first mentioned bequest is satisfied & paid : One half of the whole of my then remaining Goods, Chattles, and Effects, in the Issues and Profits thereof shall be Yearly applied by my said daughter, for Purchasing Clothes for my said four Grand Children, until they are twenty one Years of age : And it is my Will, that Nicholas Fine, of the said Parish of Camborne, shall act as a Guardian over my said Grand Children, and have power to insist that my Will Concerning them be performed.
Second I appoint my daughter Anne the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof, I hereunto put my hand and Seal, this twentythird day of October, in the Year of our Lord 1800.

Will of William Waters deced proved in common form before the worshipful George Moore, Clerk, Master of Arts, Archdeacon & so forth.
And Admon of all and singular the Goods & so forth of the said dec'd and any way concerning the said Will was granted to Anne the Daughter of the said deced and Executrix named in the said Will,
