In 1801 Alice Hockin became a beneficiary of her mother's will, receiving 2 guineas and a fourth part of all her household furniture and goods.

In March 1816 Alice Hockin was a witness to the will of her brother Richard Hockin of Tregajorran, becoming a beneficiary the following year and receiving an annuity of £18.
