  Research Notes:

Writing her Will in Apr 1900 Mary Ann Vine bequeathed to her daughter Letitia Jane Horstman all her real and personal estate to hold in trust for her youngest son Percy Joseph who was then under age. Mary Ann further directed that the property on Hornsby Road called Glenview be sold and the proceeds used to make permanent improvements to the property occupied by her daughter Letitia Jane Horstman in order to provide accommodation for her three sons Frederick Victor, George Ernest and Percy Joseph.

In the 1913 NSW Electoral Rolls Letitia Jane Horstmann, home duties, and husband Frederick Andrew Horstmann, greengrocer, were in High street, Penrith. At the same address were [sons] Ernest John Horstmann, dealer, and Cecil Horstmann, fireman.

In the 1930 NSW Electoral Rolls Letitia Jane Horstmann, home duties, and husband Frederick Andrew Horstmann, greengrocer, were in High street, Penrith. At the same address was (Letitia's brother-in-law) Claus Thomas Horstmann, farmer.
