Abstract of the Will of Richard Tredinnick of the Parish of St. Erth in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 4 Jan 1828, proved 17 May 1845. 2

Gives 5 shillings each to his three sons Nicholas, James and Richard Tredinnick.

Gives 1 shilling each to his three daughters Mary, Margery and Elizabeth.

Gives to his daughter Constance a small bed with bedding.

All the rest of his goods & chattels, lands and tenements, he gives to his son Thomas Tredinnick, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
