In 1784 Grace Rickard was named as a beneficiary in the will of her maternal grandmother, Alice Hockin of Illogan, widow.

In 1802 Grace Hockin Rickard was a beneficiary of her father's will, receiving £150 and a third of the household furniture.

In 1841 Grace Rickard, aged about 70, born in the county, was with [her sister-in-law] Judith Rickard, aged about 82, in Illogan Downs, Illogan, Cornwall.
