Abstract of the Will of Henry Eudy of the Parish of Illogan in the County of Cornwall, written 2 Mar 1795, proved 29 Sep 1799. 2
Gives to his wife Ann all his effects for her use during her natural life, appointing her sole executor of his last will and testament.
After his wife's death he gives and bequeaths the aforesaid effects that came with the marriage between himself and Ann Hockin, be returned to and enjoyed by the Hockins family of which his wife is a sister.
